fluttering fate, dreams ablaze

That quiet little corner,
where I would sit & write,
of fluttering fates and dreams ablaze
I'd cast my inhibitions out of sight.

To dive into my make believe
a fabric of brushstrokes & seams,
I'd climb into my little shell
& continue to dream.

I'm weird cause I hate goodbyes

it's been a relatively quiet(er) affair for Sundance this time around. for the most part she sits patiently on my desk while i deliberate the pro's and con's of lugging her weight around the mall or to a mamak stall.

so to be fair, most of my shots were taken on my brief trip down to Singapore :)

It's Wednesday, which means we're half way through the week. Despite the rain, blistering cold winds that destroys any attempt at making my hair look even remotely presentable as well as annoying puddles, I have never felt warmer/more intimate and connected with my friends the past few days :)

Thank You for soaking weather and some of the best conversations I have had in a not-so-long while.

(Typing this is striking me as ironic as the sun is now shining ridiculously bright right outside my window, literally after seconds of dark clouds and aggressive rain).

I think it's not so little gestures like these that make my full size aortic pump (read: Joey Tribbiani) fill with so much joy it leaves me (quite) breathless.

& so hope clung loosely around the frames of time, relentless in its blind faith, unwilling to let go.

fulfilled, overjoyed. passionate, endearing. lesson learnt, time well spent. relationships reinforced, new dreams instilled. visionary, prophetic.
